Much of my life has been spent in environments where decisions carry weight and clarity matters. For more than fifteen years, I’ve served in law enforcement, including time on a SWAT team and as a chaplain within the police department. Alongside that work, I shepherd a church, am completing a Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling, and have built and led multiple mission-driven businesses.
Across these roles, I’ve walked closely with men navigating leadership pressure, family weight, spiritual questions, and seasons where clarity feels hard to find. What I’ve seen consistently is this: strength is not the problem—but ungoverned strength leads to exhaustion, while strength shaped by Christ leads to steadiness and fruit.
My approach is pastoral in tone and practical in focus. These conversations are grounded in Scripture, honest about real life, and centered on helping men slow down, think clearly, and take faithful next steps. I don’t come to this work as someone with all the answers, but as a fellow traveler committed to truth, grace, and responsibility.
This isn’t about fixing you or telling you what to do.
It’s about creating space for clarity, formation, and faithful movement forward.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
